Darshan tickets of Tirumala can be booked both online and offline. You can go through the detailed process of booking special entry tickets in this article. 

Tirumala Tirupati Darshan – Offline Booking Rs.300 Tickets

Firstly you have to know the address of the TTD seva centre in your region. One has to visit the place in person carrying any one of the photo ID proof like Aadhar card, PAN card, voter ID or driving licence. Tickets for Rs.300 can be booked 90 days in advance at TTD seva center at your place. You have the choice of booking accommodation at Tirupati or Tirumala alongside booking Darshan tickets. 

Physical Booking Of Seva Tickets

You can book for some kinds of Seva like Suprabhatha Seva, Tiruppavada Seva by visiting the TTD office directly in your area. Normally Seva tickets will be released across India at the same timing hence devotees who go early will get high chance of booking Seva tickets. Each Seva has its own timing and you need to know it before proceeding to book tickets.

Tirumala Tirupati Darshan Booking in Tirumala

Rs.300 special darshan tickets can be booked at Srinivasam complex (opposite of bus stand), Bhudevi complex, Alipiri (entry point of Tirumala where check-ins are done) and also at Tirupati railway station at Govindaraja Swamy Sathram.

TTD releases daily about 15,000 – 20,000 tickets offline at these places.

Ticket booking will be done on first come first serve basis. Ticket counters will be closed as soon as it reaches the daily quota and will again opened next day.

Rs.500 Darshan Tickets or VIP Break Darshan Tickets

VIP break darshan costs Rs.500 per person. 

No online booking option is available for Rs.500 VIP break Darshan. 

There are 3 layers of Rs.500 Darshan tickets at Tirumala.

  • L1 category is exclusively for the highest VIP level like The Prime Minister, President, and Chief Ministers, Supreme court/High court Judges and party leaders of top political groups. Along with the top level VIP’s TTD board member or TTD executive officer will also have Darshan. It goes without saying that top level VVIP’s would inform TTD office about their schedule in advance for making security arrangements. 
  • L2 category of VIP break darshan can be had by regular TTD employees and those people who get high level recommendation letter from ministers, judges and top political leaders.
  • L3 VIP Darshan tickets are given for devotees with recommendation letters from MP or MLA level and high level board members of TTD.

Booking Process Of L2 and L3 VIP Darshan

  • If you are able to get high level recommendation letter from top officials you can submit the letter one day in advance at JEO office located in Tirumala. 
  • You will have to carry original valid photo ID with you for submitting at JEO office with recommendation letter.
  • A reference number will be allotted and you will get a SMS in registered mobile about the time of reporting for Darshan.
  • Finger print (biometric) will be taken at JEO office, Tirumala. 
  • After payment of Rs.500 (per person) you will be given VIP Darshan tickets.

Online Booking Of Rs.300 Tickets

Visit the official website of TTD https://tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in. You should register with them for creating an account, if you are a new user. If you already have account, just login to the website, with user name and password and typing the captcha code. 

After logging in, you have to select Special Entry Darshan (Rs.300) which opens up a new web page. Available slots of date will be displayed on the screen in green color and red color indicates quota is full and blue color denotes quota not released.

TTD Online Booking Of Rs.300 Tickets

  • Darshan tickets opens daily at 9 AM and hence devotees should take this into account. 
  • Choose your requirements like number of persons visiting, and extra laddus needed.
  • You have to fill in the details such as name of the person, age, gender, photo ID number and select “Continue”. 
  • Next you can make payment of Rs.300 per person using payment getaway. 
  • Once this is done, a message will be sent directly to your registered mobile indicating date and time slot of Darshan. 
  • While visiting Tirumala, you need to carry print out of tickets and original photo ID used for booking. 

You can check on latest updates on the official website where you can find the date on which quota is released for booking special entry darshan for the next month. 

For example, quota for March 2024 will be released on the last week of February 2024. So, keep checking on latest updates regularly for booking special entry tickets. You need to open the website at 9AM and continue to book tickets to avoid disappointment.
